Winter is just around the corner, which is great, I am obsessed with coats! I love being able to layer all my favourite items and all the super luxe woollen pieces available. The Maxshop.com collection for Winter 2013 introduces the Art of Romance collection. Here are a few snaps from the collection. In The Mix

The other week the team and I attended the 2012 In The Mix Awards in Sydney. It was such a great night because it is not often we have a chance to get the whole crew together in the one city. A great result for Team Potts Point with the Staffords taking out number one and Timmy coming in at number 5 in the country. Congrats!

More importantly though, what I wore.... I got my hands on this classic little black dress from the Shadows Collection by up and coming Sydney designer Inka Clothing. It was the perfect balance between cocktail and fun. Make sure you guys check out the rest of the collection at the Inka Clothing Shop Page as I love their whole collection. To give you some background on this chic new label their attitude towards design is to have a clean and minimal aesthetic with a street wear edge. Their mantra is to provide excellent quality, easy to wear clothing that can be either dressed up or down through styling and accessories. They also have a muted colour palette which anyone who knows me well suits me down to a T because I love to invest in pieces which I can wear season to season and won't outdate because of a print or trend colour. I teamed the outfit with some super high black heels from Zara and bling from David Jones and Sportsgirl.

I have always looked at my friends and been super jealous that they don't have to get up early and go to work but this week has been horrible! As someone who likes a routine (I can't help it, I am a Capricorn)  a whole week of doing nothing has really thrown my body clock out. First day of my new job is on Tuesday, I am actually really nervous! I am going to go shopping tomorrow and pick up some new work outfits. I think this new place is going to be a little more corporate than my last. Also I need to upload pictures from the In The Mix awards that my friends and I went to last week. Stay tuned guys.

On Monday night I was lucky enough to see the beautiful spring/summer offerings from labels such as KAHLO, tom gunn, Jolet, Fancis Leon, chelsea de luca, & Molten Store + more.

My favourites were these beautiful furs jackets and vests from Fur Elsie, everyone should check their collection out right now!

Best Week Ever

So I know it is only Thursday but this week has been pretty damn awesome! Was my bestfriend's Birthday on Tuesday night and this morning I managed to get a pre-order pair of Isabel Marants. My bank doesn't like me but hey you only live once.
